Order Processing
All orders will be processed and handed to our logistics partners within two (2) working days (refer to our operating hours below). If you need the product urgently, please get in touch with us before placing your order so that we can advise you on alternative arrangements.
If your order is placed during peak season (e.g. festivities, celebrations, or sales season), do expect some delays as our logistics partners may experience high parcel volumes.

Shipping Packaging
At b j w l d, we prioritise both the quality of our products and the well-being of our planet. To support our commitment to environmental sustainability, all our products are carefully packed in sturdy corrugated boxes without the use of plastic parcel bags. This eco-friendly packaging ensures your jewellery arrives safely while minimising our environmental footprint.
However, we understand that some customers may prefer added protection for their items. If you wish to have your order packaged with an additional plastic parcel bag, please select this option during checkout. Please note that this will incur a small additional charge.
